- Develop an appropriate organizational plan in accordance with the business strategy of the Company to implement and improve business efficiency.
- Build and implement the companys plans, short-term and long-term HR development strategy to support the organizations growth
- Propose to Director about HRM and situations relating to employees
- Create and develop the remuneration mechanism system, appropriate allowances to ensure workers rights, meet competition requirements in attracting human resources
- Develop HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and meet the business requirements of the Company.
- Implementing the recruitment of personnel and policies for employees.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from university or above, majoring in Economics, Business Administration, and Labor Economics, Law or related subjects.
- At least 05 years of experience working in the field of Human Resource Management.
- Mastering the Labor Law and policies for employees.
- Having a dynamic working style, professional manners, withstand high work pressure.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively internally with leaders and employees as well as effectively communicate with outside organizations.
- Fluent English.
- Proficient in office computing and software application.
- Priority experienced candidates for managing and working in the field of Human Resource Management at large domestic and foreign enterprises and corporations.
