Mô tả công việc

1. Human Resources tasks:
- Recruitment process: prepare job description, post job, screen resume, arrange interview;
- Newcomer preparation: prepare facilities, documents & all procedures for newcomers, input data of newcomers profile on HR online system;
- C&B: manage attendance record; register SI book, HI card, PIT code;
- Training & development tasks: contact related parties to set up training courses, organize facilities for training, manage training database & certificates.
2. Admin works:
- Tools & fixed assets (computers, cameras, office facilities,…): Make record, purchase & payment;
- Analyze/ summarize expenses & make payment request for all kinds of General Affair items.
3. Internal public relation tasks:
- Organize Company events: seminars, company trip, family day, Corporate Social Responsibility activities, parties, etc.;
- Build positive relationships with staff, social media and the public.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Gender: Female
- Age: under 25
- Education: University or College graduated
- Experience: At least 6-month of working
- Foreign language: Fluent English is a must
- Computer skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Characteristics: Being service-minded, playful, diligent, enthusiastic, positive thinking, quick learner, meticulous
*Salary package: Negotiable.

* Working conditions:
Working location: Ho Chi Minh Branch office; 19th Floor, Green Power Building, 35 Ton Duc Thang, District 1, HCMC
Working hour: 8:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Friday; 1 hour break for lunch time from 12:00 to 13:00
Transportation (company car & taxi) for outside assignment
*Expected start working date: 16 June 2019
