Responsible for creating a pro-active and planned manufacturing environment ensuring efficient operation of the site while ensuring production requirements are optimally met within the established safety, quality and a cost effective environment.

Ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency to meet customer supply requirements
A key challenge will be engaging the workforce to drive and own safety on site, whether that be for themselves and each other.
Operate to international food safety standards in the challenging environment of Vietnam.
Driving and leading the workforce to be more efficient and effective with the limited resources available;
Identifying and managing constraints in the production process – to increase throughput.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor degree in Food Science or Engineering
Diploma in Front Line Leadership
5 years’ experience in a agriculture/ food/ feed... manufacturing production environment;
An understanding of TQM, HACCP, GMP, principles;
Experience in managing a large manufacturing workforce;
Significant exposure to manufacturing and supply chain – in FMCG;
Manage an operation for budgets and forecasts, CapEx and OpEx;
Significant experience in a leadership position including managing, leading and developing employees in a production environment;
Strong communication skills
