Mô tả công việc

A. Key program and sales delivery
- Loan on card, card balance and transaction conversion (build long on card portfolio)
- Multi card sales/ supplementary card sales
- Xsell banca products
- Card life cycle management (onboarding, inactive management, usage and retention management)
B. Sales target and management
- Manage entire customer lifecycle from Activation, ENR sales, balance buildup, upgrade, line management, retention
- Conceive and initiate portfolio action programs to improve customer activity and stickiness to the cards product
- Ensure portfolio health & quality along with credit unit
- Track ENR performance by various elements of asset growth
- Responsible for driving card activation through welcome calling and tele-sales effort during initial MOBs
- Implement anti attrition strategy to maintain Net Voluntary Attrition rate down.
- Implement Gating model for customised retention of profitable customers
- Develop and execute Inactive cards engagement program to activate never active and spend dis-engaged accounts
- Develop and manage return curing program to ensure return rates are maintained below the bank’s standards
- Drive spend campaigns through tele-sales channel
C. Channel management
- Define job roles and profiles that meet current and future needs of the channel
- Monitor individual performance and foster a teamwork environment
- Foster environment of continuous improvement and coordinates systems and structures to support changes and engage staff in problem solving process
- Propose and ensure the target is met and the effectiveness of sales strategy
- Build up strategy for the channel focus on individual customer, procedure, policy and incentive plan
- Manage database source for sales staff
- Control risk and ensure the effectiveness of cost spending of the channel
- Evaluate other tele-sales model: In-house channel setup, Variable pay model, fixed cost channel model
- Manage day to day activities of the unit including below aspects:
+ New Hiring
+ Training
+ Quality Assurance
+ Leave management
+ Attendance
+ Incentives
+ Attrition
D. Portfolio Strategy and Program Management
- Execute portfolio management strategies to maximize portfolio growth across all customer segmentation through contact points, including statements, customer service, direct/ e-mail, online/digital, and branch; collaborate with Product, Credit, Marketing, Finance, and Operations in the execution of such strategies
- Develop, implement and maintain sales procedures for defined products
- Prepare reports for management and other departments regarding relevant issues
- Partner with Card product to strengthen control strategies, enhance revenue
- Understand and manage P&L of the channel, cost analysis and cost savings.

Yêu cầu công việc

A. Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7 or more years of experience in sales of UPL CC, Tele sales set up , buildup , development and management
B. Skill
- Knowledge of retail banking including marketing, products, current industry trends
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into tactics
- Highly developed research and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
