Mô tả công việc
- Combination with departement, Training to improve knowledge for all levels of management.
- Analysis of training needs for staff, make plan for approval, and training.
- Manage the training programs at domestic and abroad of employee.
- Manage employees personal training records, aware the knowledge and skills of each employee to plan building the succession management Team
- Orientation training for new employees and re-training yearly.
- Training the yearly compliance.
- Taking information about new knowledge to communicate with employees or find appropriate training partners.
- Develop internal & corporate newsletter to ensure all employees are well informed of the company activities and provide increase of knowledge in employees.
- Develops communication strategies and tactics consistent with corporate strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration....
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in training and development.
- Excellent at English communication
- Experience in management development and soft skills training
- Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions
- Leadership & management competency
- Course design & development
- Good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good at: communication, presentation, problem-solving, supervising, encouragement.
