In order to dedicatedly support our challenging Sales agenda, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Trade Marketing Manager.

Report to: Commercial Director
Responsible for planning and leading of execution of Trade Marketing activities nationwide, including necessary activity for category development and developing channel strategy to ensure effectiveness of customer focused programs and smooth integration between Sales & Marketing agendas.
1. Ensure effectiveness of in-field execution of Trade Marketing calendar:
a) Develop and align the full year Trade Marketing Plan and quarterly update.
b) Supervise and lead Trade team to deliver effective execution of Marketing Pull/Push calendar.
c) Develop and sustain learning sharing platform between brands/locations.
d) Monitor and feedback all marketing programs and competitor activities.
2. Push initiatives – Category development
e) Develop and implement trade plan for new launch and re-launch including BTL activities and Penetration.
f) Bring in innovation to TOT/POSM that ensures suitability as well as great value to customers and Poca’s brand equity.
g) Develop push initiatives to maximize Poca’s products availability and visibility on trade, including: merchandising campaign, display programs, trade promotions.
h) Ensure Sales teams understand all trade programs by providing clear guideline, communication or training.
3. Channel Strategy and Budget Management
i) Assist SDs in defining channel strategy for Poca sustainable competitiveness on trade.
j) Utilize Rex Track results to identify issues (retail execution, retail audit) for recommendation/initiatives
k) Evaluate and quantify opportunity to develop new sales channel for Poca.
l) Set the report system to track KPIs and implementation progress of Trade program by week, by month at every basic level.
m) Manage and maximize effectiveness of Fix D&A and A&M Push budget as per planned.
n) As a control owner, perform control roles and responsibility in accordance with PepsiCo Accountability model. Support Process Owner in driving GCS agenda. Understand the objective of the assigned control(s) and document the test script attributes for effective execution of the control, evaluate control effectiveness through testing as per GCS guidelines and maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities. Ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies.
4. Build organization capability:
a) Staff, onboard, train and retain Sales talents
b) Clarify roles, set performance standards & goals, assess performance & provide feedback to team as PMP
c) Provide recognition & discipline to the team
d) Provide coaching to develop the functional competency of TMKT team for effective execution of all Pull/Push initiatives
e) Create a motivating and rewarding work environment

b) Working experiences in Sales/ Marketing with minimum 5 years in Managerial role.
c) Strong Planning & Analyzing Skill

e) Presentation skill
f) Strong influencing skill, able to work with senior stakeholders
g) Strategic thinking, able to link Trade Marketing strategy with Sales & Marketing agendas
h) Fluency in Vietnam and English
i) Proficient office computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
