Market & Customer Understanding
• Collect information about market, market demand, competitor status, and alternative products.
• Visit market and regional Customer to take experience and information
• Position products and understand company product system
• Understand customer behavior and demand.
• Supervise regional sales & marketing activities of both us and competitors.
• Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximising all opportunities for growth.
Branding & Event
• Driving brand awareness across various categories and products.
• Attending and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business.
• Prepare all marketing documentary & resource for Trading/ event activities
• Managing all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible.
• Analysing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.
• Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
• Creating trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges
• Executing the trade marketing plan across the region
• Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
• Managing and motivating within a team
• Well coordinate with other departments to enhance the efficiency of procedure, ensure commercial goals of the brand, growth of market and volume of sales.
• Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders/ partners and customer T.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor/ Master degree in specialized in Marketing, Communication, Commerce and Economy or similar
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales, trade marketing and/or marketing communications
• Flexible brainstorming and be proactive
• May have mind set in market research and analyze, develop market and enhance branding level.
• Excellent in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in both Vietnamese and English (Candidate who can use specific language in gypsum industry is preferred)
• Word, Excel, and Power point are compulsory required.
