Mô tả công việc
- Recruitment Tasks:
+ Recruit Worker, Staff and Management Seniors for every departments
+ Receive Recruitment Request, create Job Description and recruitment strategy for each job.
+ Upload Job Description to company website, Facebook, career websites and send requests to headhunter services
+ Collect CVs from all recruitment channels, arrange interviews and follow up with selected candidates
+ Recruitment management: update and follow up recruitment process and report regularly to Team Leader and Managers.
- Training Tasks:
+ New comers training: company regulations, company culture and support new comer to adapt with company working environment.
+ Internal Training: make training programs, prepare training material and follow up training schedule.
+ External Training: follow up external training programs and support in-need trainees or trainers.
- Other tasks under managers requests
- Have chance to cooperate with every departments of the company as well as involve in many cultural activites
