What will be your key role & responsibilities?
• Execute customized end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with internal stakeholders such as: engineers, hiring managers, project managers;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
• Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders;
• Find and engage candidates through creative sourcing techniques, foster long-term relationships with candidates;

Being a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
1 Recruitment Operation:
- Carry out the internal and external recruitment process from working with different stakeholders to define the needs, creating and posting Job Ads on the right channels, sourcing and selecting the right candidates, coordinating the test if any and interviews for assigned open positions;
- Implement recruitment/talent strategy in line with the company’s directions;
- Follow up the recruitment channels and the efficiency of hiring;
- Propose and implement ideas or actions to continuously improve the process and to meet targets in terms of both quantity and quality;
- Coordinate with Human Resource to pro-actively analyze and anticipate resource needs;
2. Talent Attraction and Acquisition
- Join in initiatives for talent attraction and acquisition;
- Be in charge of the partnership programs with concerned local, regional Universities;
- Lead indoor and outdoor recruitment events (job fairs, seminar, Career day…);
- Collaborate in the development of strategy and best practices aiming at efficient hiring for senior, managerial positions as well as positions requiring specific competencies;
- Ensure talent pool and network development for assigned jobs;
- Collaborate in actions on social networks, forums/communities;
3. Market Intelligence
- Analyze the Labor market trend;
- Provide market update to all Stakeholders;

Job Description
Joining the dynamic HR team, The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the following tasks:
1) Recruitment operations
- Carry out recruitment process, from the creation of job advertisings, job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing, test, interview, applicant information/filing, recruitment database... to effective employment, for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates;
- Give support, guidance, consultancy on various jobs depending on needs;
- Analyze and anticipate resource needs in order to advise or implement strategy and plan to address the needs effectively; conduct an effective communication with stakeholders (managers, trainers...) for such purpose;
- Ensure and follow up the quality of assigned posts / filled vacancies;
- Provide metrics and reports to measure recruitment efficiency.
2) Newbie welcoming and integration
- Actively follow up and collaborate in the Onboarding process, in relation with HR, trainers and line managers.
3) Talent attraction & acquisition
- Join in initiatives for talent attraction and acquisition;
- Collaborate in the development of strategy and best practices aiming at efficient hiring for senior, managerial positions as well as positions requiring specific competencies;
- Ensure talent pool and network development for assigned jobs;
- Collaborate in actions on social networks, forums/communities.
4) Market intelligence
- Participate in the project “Market study”;
5) Employer branding / event
- Coordinate event planning and assignment;
- Represent the Company at events as assigned/needed;
