* Help candidates find the job best for them
* Help clients find the best staff for their business
* Promote and build awareness of JourneyHorizon to the candidate market
* Writing and publishing the different job offers and follow up on the jobboards;
* Proactively contact candidates from our candidate database to promote new job opportunities
* Build and maintain our candidate database
* Search, review resumes, phone screen, arrange interview and do reference checks
* Proactive contact and build good relationship with highly sought candidates
* Organize interviews between the Client and Candidates.
* Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training and career progression.
* Follow up with clients and candidates until each job is finished
* Organizing recruitment events (IT events, career fairs, workshops, etc.) to attract IT talents

• Internal marketing of initiatives to help mobilize volunteers for various initiatives.
