- Làm chứng từ thanh toán & báo cáo chi phí liên quan đến hành chính / nhân sự (điện thoại, bưu phí, xe buýt chở nhân viên, văn phòng phẩm, taxi, vé máy bay, khách sạn …);
- Điều phối xe công ty cho các hoạt động đưa đón / đi công tác của nhân viên hơp lý;
- Đặt vé máy bay, khách sạn cho nhân viên đi công tác hay khách viếng thăm công ty từ phía tập đoàn;
- Kiểm tra công tác vệ sinh văn phòng, sân vườn, đảm bảo sạch sẽ & gọn gàng;
- Làm thẻ nhân viên cho nhân viên mới;
