Job Responsibilities
- Control Scrap Sales Order on SAP
- Control and make plan works done by external supplier in cobweb cleaning factory and offices.
- Supervise staff in daily public place cleaning and gardening in FCV.
- Supply uniform for production staff
- Control uniform laundry for production staff.
- Co-ordinate with outsource to implement the insect control.
- Purchase and deliver stationery comprise about letterhead+ envelop+ name card+ FCV forms.
- Check and supply furniture in FCV
- Create and follow up PR/PO for expenditure.
- Manage canteen operation to ensure canteen hygiene, safety and quality.
- Acting as an internal auditor
- Other task assigned by HRD

- Coordinate with vendor to provide flight reservation, visa as well as travel accident insurance for associates according to travel policy.
- Liaise with corporate hotels to provide hotel reservation following corporate hotel list.

- Perform the purchasing of office supplies and or any goods required for the office.
- Prepare monthly bank report and petty cash report.

4. Update monthly report on cost of purchasing postage, stationary, office equipment and building maintenance
