2. Contract Management
- Prepare service contract according to budget owners request
- Align with legal and do the sign off as per process
- Ensure contracts are up to date
- Responsibility for accounts and budgets
3. Reports and data maintenance
- Generate reports relating to activation activities, market as required;
- Managing databases and filing systems;
4. Administrative tasks
- Raise BSE, SRM, CPD, make payments, raise travel forms, book rooms, flights, cars, get approval of contracts, make reimbursement claims... for all Business Development and Activation team,
5. Others (adhoc)
- Ad-hoc admin work which is necessary among the team & cross functional support
- Supporting the team with general operations to help reach team’s objectives

***Responsibilities
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)

• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
