In line with this, the incumbent is responsible for managing the timing and budgets of all related projects, as well as any suppliers providing related services.
o Responsible for Tobacco and Reduce Risk Product (RRP) regulatory monitoring and update, including but not limited to working with government industries, Vinataba, Vietnam Tobacco Association (VTA), Vietnam Tax Consultants Association (VTCA) and suppliers to understand what legislation is being discussed and monitoring the progress of all initiatives. This includes identifying specific legislation that impacts JTIs business and working with other stakeholders to develop engagement and defense plans as appropriate.
o The incumbent is responsible for managing stakeholder engagements including Vinataba, VTA, competitive tobacco companies, government agencies and the media. 1. Compensation:

- Update and inform of TAX Regulation to employees where necessary.
4. HR System, Report and Personnel Filing
- Maintain and update personnel data in SAP HR in a timely manner for new hires, resignation, and transfers and to ensure data accuracy & correctness at all time. Take corrective actions as and when necessary.
- Prepare and submit internal reporting and external reports in compliance with the dues and schedules.
- Manage Employee Personnel Filing and Records to comply with local requirements.
5. International Assignee (IA)/ Short Term Assignee (STA) Management
- Be responsible of full process of IA management for all IA/STA/Rotational Assignee (RA)/Development Assignee (DA) in Vietnam to ensure smooth on-boarding and employment for their assignments in Vietnam.
- Complete tax related activities, reports and budget planning activities required by market/ region/ Head Quarter.
6. Budget Planning
- Prepare Salary & Fringe budget in accordance with financial reporting schedules (Top-Down Target (TDT), Annual Strategic Plan (ASP), and Latest Estimate (LE)) and monitor the actual vs. budget on a regular basis.

 Task 1: Monthly ordering, purchase & importation of Leaf & Non-Tobacco Materials (NTMs)
(Main stakeholders: JTI Marketing & Sales/ Global Supply Chain (GSC)/ Area Customer Service (ACS), Vinataba Import/ Export VTIEC)
o Develop modelling and analysis to ensure the commercial objectives are sufficiently met (sales Finished Goods (FG) demands are supplied to maximize business opportunities however at minimized write-offs)
o Ensure ordering decisions are made by GSC to fully reflect market FG demands & business sensitivities, arrive in time for production planning, and yet at optimum lotsize & costs.
o Closely follow up for sufficient paperwork (e.g., material contracts are signed annually / amended when needs arise; shipping documents are on time prior to shipment arrival; sufficient import quota licenses are in place)
o Ensure on-time arrival of NTMs, smooth customs clearance to avoid demurrage fees and/or delayed production, via understanding the local import practices, coordinating with JTI GSC/ ACS and VTIEC.
o Timely update & flag-up potential issues, preferably with recommended solutions.
 Task 2: Finished Goods production, delivery and inventory management
(Main stakeholders: JTI Sales/ GSC, Thanh Hoa factory)
o Thorough understanding of FG supply/demand situations to reflect it into monthly production planning, ensure supplies are in line with business needs and at minimized write-offs.
o Ensure stock deliveries from factory to Distributors warehouses (North and South) are carried out in a timely manner (avoiding Out-of-Stock situations) and at optimal costs.
o Ensure safety inventory level at factory/ distributors warehouses.
o Inventory Management administration: monthly / quarterly stock counts, FG destruction, factory visits, ensure proper documentation / records for internal control & audit.
o Monthly/ quarterly reports: Closing inventory, Webtool forecast loading, Management presentation, Transfer price validation, etc.
o Support Quality Control /Quality Assurance tests to ensure product quality during transportation.
 Task 3: Project Management / Project Engagement
o To be in charge and/or to contribute, depending on the nature of the project, towards projects that involves Supply Chain participation. Prominent examples include machine importation, new product launches, annual leaf
quota application, machine license renewal, etc.
o Ensure cross-function collaboration to achieve desired project results and timeline.
o Understanding of product characteristics, business landscape, import/ export local practices are critical.
o Closely working with cross-functions (Marketing, Sales, GSC, ACS, R&D), and external stakeholders (Thanh Hoa Factory/ STC factories, VTIEC, Customs) are crucial to ensure business needs are met and to move the process forward.
 Task 4: Budget & cost management
o Bi-annual budgeting and optimization of logistics operation costs (incl. transportation, insurance, warehousing)
o Monitor & re-design, where applicable, the distribution network of FG to optimize distribution costs.
o On-going identification of cost saving opportunities, for example via localizing the sources of raw materials/ NTMs, maximizing truck utilization, fully utilizing FTA program.
 Task 5: Other tasks:
o Act as privileged point of contact to external stakeholders (Thanh Hoa factory, STC, Vinataba, VTIEC, Custom) and other internal key stakeholders involved Supply Chain (Legal, M&S, GSC, ACS)
o Closely liaise with internal Finance sub-teams to achieve overall business objective as a team (e.g. with FP&A for financial impact assessment & budget, Internal Control for compliance, Accounting for Costing, PPO for vendor sourcing)
o Contribute and/or lead ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the CFO (direct report).

1. Operations Development:

o Be responsible for trade promotional programs in GT channel (includes creating Proposals, announcement) and comply with Internal Control principles. Corporate with Sales team to do volume/gift allocations by regions/POS effectively as plan.
o Recommend clear trade activities guidelines for execution based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure investment of trade programs is reviewed and evaluated properly.
o Work with Logistics & Supply chain team for stock requirements to fulfill sales target.
o In charge of Sales plan forecast/tracking and provide insights on seasonality factors.
3. Budget Management: OPEX and M&S:
o Work with Regional Manager to follow up with budget & phasing plan and monitor plan of expenses per item to ensure smooth operations of the teams & Sales Depots in coordination with Head office team.
o Coordinate with Distributor to support budget spending vs. plan tracking & understand the fluctuations.
4. Key Account management:
o In charge of leading Key Account team towards company objectives commercially. Build up Game plan per Key Account customer based on volume objectives and allocated budget. Coordinate with Head office team in term of contract management.
o Ensure no Out of Stock (OOS) in this strategic channel and utilize trade insights to achieve win-win solution via negotiation tactics and relationship knowledge.
o Deliver shipment target according to Sales plan with detail projection by chain & independent stores.
5. Wholesales management:
o Demonstrate expertise in distribution network and deep understanding on customers relationship and connection.
o Work with Regional Manager to control product flow properly and avoid of channel conflicts in order to monitor brand health indicators (pricing, stock weight and days of inventory).
o Ensure no OOS and utilize trade insights and activities to secure volume base.
