Mô tả công việc
The job-holder will perform tasks relating Tax as follows:
• Prepare monthly tax for declaration and payment: VAT, WHT, SCT and other taxes.
• Report on Invoice usage to HN Tax office for HN, HCM & Hung Yen.
• Coordinate with Tax authority to settle issues relating tax: declaration, payment, tax reconciliation, confirmation and others.
• Be responsible for updating and analysing new/current tax regulations to advise internal depts on tax impact on business and tax liabilities.
• Conduct month-end reconciliation for accounts in SAP system and work in cooperation with all accounting members for the financial statements of the company on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
• Compliance with all internal and external reports requirement.
• Other jobs assigned by Accounting Manager.

• Familiar with SAP system is preferable.
• Understand Vietnamese tax regulations and procedures.
• 3-4 years of experience in working for foreign companies at the same position is an advantage.
• Active, honest, compliance-minded
• Quick problem-solving skill, team work and capability to work with tight deadline
