•Responsible for coaching the sales team to meet the agreed targets, KPIs on sales value
•In charge of CRM strategy for the boutique
*Operation:
•Manage the operations of the boutique including maintaining SOP standards outlined by HQ
•Manage service quality to achieve Mystery Shopper KPI
•Conduct VISUAL MERCHANDISING strategy for the boutique
•Manage inventory, stock turn & business review report
*Leadership:
•Provide coaching for sales staff so that the customer service level set is met
•Feedback to BOM on sales staffs performance
*Marketing
•Assist and support all in-house promotional activities
