Big C / GO! Vietnam is expanding in the Central of Vietnam. In order to prepare the leadership team to serve the expansion strategy, Big C / GO! Vietnam is inviting talents who are interested in the Store Manager position in the Central areas of Vietnam. This opportunity is open for all applicants in Vietnam who wish to relocate and grow their retail career with GO! to serve and bring prosperity to customers and employees in the Central cities of Viet Nam
1. Manage Store sales revenue, costs, Store P&L
2. Organize and manage Store operation activities, including that of all floors and departments
3. Set business goals and personal objectives and KPIs for each category/function to achieve the Store business goals
4. Ensure highest level of customer services and customer experience are delivered
5. Collaborate with local sourcing, merchandising and supporting functions to ensure the best product offerings to customers, to implement pricing policy, promotions and products display, etc.
6. Take lead in building stock control system and providing loss prevention solutions in collaboration with Security, Finance…
7. Provide career orientation and development through coaching/mentoring to Store team in collaboration with Regional HR, Group HR, People Development teams
8. Represent the Company in collaborating with local authorities to ensure the smooth operation of the store in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and local authorities’ guidelines, so that the Store can always contribute best to the prosperity of the communities
9. Store property and asset management

Yêu cầu công việc

- Economics or Commercial Bachelor degree;
- Good understanding retail market, goods, pricing strategy and customer;
- Minimum 02 years at similar managerial positions;
- Proven track record of developing leaders and building high performing teams with a strong emphasis on the customer experience;
- Ability to read/interpret financial and metric reports;
- High level of business acumen;
- Good at time management and problems solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Eager to learn, organized, flexible, analytical and ability to multitask.
