Guide agents’ admin procedures
Reply clients’ inquiries about policy and admin procedures related to policy
Guide clients to fulfill admin procedures according to clients’ requests
Handle policy conservation via phone.
Receive complaints from clients and Coordinate with the staff in-charge of handling complaints to solve for clients
In case of change in job assignment for CS staff, the job description will be adjusted accordingly

EDUCATION / TRAINING
University Degree. (Prefer specialize in Finance,
Insurance, Banking, Economics, Trade)
PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION
LOMA certificates are preferred.
Leadership & Teamwork
Continuous Improvement Orientation
Prioritization, organization, time management, influence & persuasion skills.
At least 3 working years in Life Insurance or Finance Organizations.
Typing skill, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
