In this position, you will work with the team that develops Vinfast automotive electronic products, High-end automotive products. As an SI/PI engineer in Advanced Hardware Engineering, you will provide design guidance and perform analysis on the high speed signals, SI, PI, EMI, EMC in Automotive electrical modules. We are looking for an engineer who is enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate about the future of Vietnam automotive industry. 1. Design and Verify :
Work on the electrical and physical design of high-speed interface & RF systems.
SI and PI modeling, simulation, and characterization of high-speed interfaces.
Hands-On analysis and troubleshooting of SI and PI issues across a complex system of high speed interfaces and harnesses
Analyses: Signal Integrity, Decoupling, DC Drop, Power Sequencing, Timing, Power Integrity, Clocks
Provide design guidance and review for signal and power integrity
Perform simulation and analysis to ensure EMC compliance
2. Build up the document:
Perform the required simulations (Power Integrity and Signal Integrity) and conduct and document design reviews to meet strict product development schedules.
3. Support other Team:
Support design team (PCB Layout Team include) to create verify and improve design to reduce EMI, EMC.
Support Test Engineers, Product Engineers based on understanding of the Automotive Rest Equipment and bench board instrumentation.

Minimum Qualifications Candidate should possess 2-10 years of relevant experience in the below area.
Experience in defining PCB stack-up structure, material selection for hi-speed signals.
Experience on handling and understanding IBIS and SPICE models.
Experience in PCB design guideline for EMI/EMC.
Able to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc.)
Good understanding of common Signal and Power Integrity issues on test hardware and ability to identify and provide alternate solutions using Signal and Power Integrity simulators Hyperlynx, CST, …etc.
Experience with correct probing and characterization techniques for frequencies up to 10 GHz
Knowledge in high speed digital and mix-signal PCB design including CAD interface Experience in high layer count multilayer boards and sockets/connectors and component selection.
Understanding and ability to apply electrical engineering concepts and circuit solving skills.
It is important the candidate have ability to communicate technical understandings and project status clearly.
Ability to organize effectively, document work thoroughly, and follow required procedures and methodologies important.
Ability to contribute seamlessly as a member of the board design team
