Mô tả công việc
- Maintain, and Troubleshoot customer’s IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Backup, PCs…).
- Onsite/Offsite Customer Support.
- Receiving call from customer & do remote support for troubleshooting.
- Support issues relating IT in local company.
- Documentation (Report, Parameter Sheet, Manual, etc...) and report to customer & other internal process relating to IT local.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least of 2 years experience in corporate systems environment.
- At least of 2 years experience in server, PC administration & application supporting.
<Knowledge and Skills>
- Knowledge of technologies (Server, PC, Virtualization, Backup/Replication, Management, etc…).
- Knowledge of implementing and administrating Active Directory, File Server (Share/DFS/Backup), Antivirus, etc…
- Knowledge of related technology (Mail, Web, Security, etc…)
- Knowledge of related application products.
- Knowledge of Cloud Service (O365, Azure etc…)
- Candidate who has Technical Certifications (Microsoft, VMWare, Database…) is an advantage.

- Good communication with customers, coworkers and partners.
