Mô tả công việc
- Communicate with factories for shipment plan. Coordinate with logistics team for customs clearance and delivery process.
- Conduct the smooth functions relating to order, receipt, sales, inventory and dispatch of service parts.
- Handle all after-sales service inquiries (in warranty & out of warranty) related to service parts & maintenance, replacement service
- Provide back office assistance to Service Department and Authorized Service Centers nationwide.
- Prepare accurate service part forecasts to ensure maximum availability.
- Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system.
- Timely report to manager on service part stock and quality issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduated, majoring in Economics/Foreign Trade or related field
- Female, 23 - 28
- 1 year of experience in Sales/ Service support
- Good knowledge about import & export, inventory management, previous experience with SAP, or sales/ inventory system
- Accurate data entry, good computer skills to enable accurate data entry.
- High level of customer service orientation and commitment, effective interpersonal communication skills required.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Good English communication skills.
