Organises all agreed work at the client site, plans and schedules activities ensuring excellent service and acting as the interface to the customer.
1. Manages and schedules the work of technicians in the field with solid technical knowledge. Oversees staffing and resourcing, ensuring projects are completed within agreed time and budget constraints.
2. May visit customers to resolve customer disputes, on-site support to technicians. Ensures technicians work according to guidelines and specifications in a safe manner. Communicates with the customers for any field preparations. Develops own staff and their competencies in own area of responsibility.
3. Prepares jobs and needed parts, equipment and material. Keeps accurate records regarding job progress, delays, problems, deliveries, changes, extras, engineering and fabrication.
4. Reports on the completed projects outlining the activities carried out, faults found during service and any future recommendations for improving the service offering. Provides feedback on the level of service, finds places of improvement.

Bachelors degree OR Vocational training
• Business impact and complexity: Coordinates the work of service technicians with regular volume of work.
• Development and innovation: Carry out day-to-day activities and may modify the current ways of working.
• Geographical scope: small - average branch
• Typical relevant experience required: entry level position
