• Interact with customer and the market company for the technical, quality matter of packaging material: Customer visits: for the Complaint, trial, Consulting • Customer specification and standard review and feedback • Manage the quality documents sent to customer/ market company • Coordinate with related departments to solve the customer complaint/ claim timely and the efficiency of actions via the investigating/ verification • Participate DMS (Daily Management System), WCM audit • Role for the quality training • Consult for Quality Manager in the quality solving decision • Follow the management systems which Company is applied • Support any other assignment from Quality Manager from time to time.

- Bachelors degree with technical major - At least 5 years experience in customer service role in QA function/Technical Support - Experience in Production or Packaging field is an advantage - Excellence in Communication both in English & in Vietnamese - Interpersonal, Problem solving, presentation, negotiation skills. - Ideal candidate can work under high pressure, have customer service mindset & result oriented
