Mô tả công việc
- Generate new business from your own prospect/existing customers and companys prospect customers. Focus on customer with regular businesses and potential big sized accounts.
- Achieve the sales target by profit/new customers/volumes...through local control business/ customers.
- Corporate and follow with Operation team in case of delay, damage, loss and other irregularities…and explain to customers to align with company policy and make customer satisfied
- Make report of shipment details, Weekly or Fortnightly / Monthly reports and other reports of sales pipelines.
- Create and attend to sales leads
- Trade lane development with overseas partners.
- Coordinate, direct and lead business development within defined field of responsibility on department level or higher
- Study internal information of company, network.
- Be a part of sales team leader to provide sales action plan, forecasting activities and sales strategy to Branch Manager.
- Use internal systems for daily works such as CRM updates....
- Other required works.

You Should Be Best At:
Export – Import knowledge.
Working experience: At least 03-year experiences in logistics/ shipping/ freight forwarding
Self-confident, active and responsible.
Sales team leading capability.
Good selling, negotiation & customer service skills
Adaptability and flexibility, multi-tasking skills
Willingness and ability to travel
Good English communication/ reading/ listening
Good manners and appearance
