Our customers are real estate agents and property-marketing companies in Europe, the USA, and Australia who rely on us for our fast service, our innovative solutions, and the high and consistent quality in the solutions we deliver. To be able to do that, we must be at the forefront when it comes to understanding our clients’ needs so we can offer the right portfolio of solutions – therefore we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Esoft family.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a commercial and marketing-oriented approach, and your drive and trust-invoking personality allow you to deliver results for both clients and Esoft. You thrive in a fast moving and challenging environment. You are good at structuring your time and commitments allowing you to successfully execute your job.
As a person you are mature, confident and with a humble approach. You have a relevant university degree with minimum 3 years of experience with international B2B sales and marketing. Your communication and English skills are excellent, and preferably you have spent time abroad either studying or working. You are capable of understanding the clients’ business model and positioning in the market. Based on this, sell and articulate what possible solutions can support the continuous development of their business.
Experience with tech or the digital industry is an advantage just as knowledge from the real estate industry will be an advantage.

Our office is based in Hanoi but you will have to be able to travel overseas, mainly to Europe, US and Australia.
Your salary and benefits will meet the talent we are searching for. As part of the compensation package, you will have financial incentives based on agreed KPIs and realized goals. The salary package is reviewed on an annual basis.
Additional benefits include up to 14th month salary as per regulations set forth in our staff manual. Insurance contributions as regulated by the law. Private health insurance including family members as per regulations set forth in our staff manual, annual health check as well as meals (co-shared) consumed in the company’s canteen.
