• Drive sales of our education programs through telesales and face-to-face interactions with potential customers ( #1 priority);
• Participate in offline sales/ marketing events and presentations;
• Develop new avenues of business with existing & new clients/business partners;
• Develop business plan and implement strategies for growth;
• Monitor competitor activities and feedback from the student recruited;
• Assist in customer servicing effectively so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and enrolment;
• Other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as and when required;
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience and passionate in Sales with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
• English speaking candidate is a must.
• Good working attitude with willingness to be flexible in adapting to change.
• Work integrity, independent and takes initiative in the role.
• Self-driven, motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Skills: People skills (people interacting), problem solving, customer service.
• Can perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately/short notice.
• ERC International alumni is a PLUS.
