1. C&B total rewards
• Design the set of different compensation and benefits policies
• Design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
• Lead different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area)
• Coordinate compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development (budgeting)
• Take the lead in salary survey activities
2. HRM system monitoring
• Manage the activities of providing requirement, designing workflow, testing, deployment
• Monitor the system
• Make reports for internal & external related to the job
• Training end users how to use HRM system and other necessary internal training related to C&B and HRM system.
• Manage and develop the C&B team
• Develops the successor (the high potential C&B Specialist)
4. Other tasks as assigned by CPO

• College/ University graduated or equivalent
*** Technical skills and experience:
• Job evaluation methods
• Job pricing and Pay structures
• Incentive and variable Pay methods
• Knowledge of labor code, social/ health insurance law, PIT law and other law/ rule related to C&B function.
• MS Office skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint)
• 4-5 years experience in C&B function
