• Support Leadership to build up Brand positioning, marketing strategy and activation plan
• Implement Marketing mix activities, including above-the-line and below-the-line in accordance with Company strategy
• Monitor brand performance and analyze the effectiveness of brand product portfolio, promotional, advertising and pricing strategies
• Build new product awareness and lead the flawless new product launch.
• Responsible for budget management and operating schedule of brand
• Maintain close liaison with internal cross-function, external stakeholder and supplier to ensure the effectiveness implementation and execution of relating marketing activities
Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduate in Economic, Marketing, Business Administration
• Good understanding of marketing term like positioning, segmentation, 4Ps strategy, research, brand product portfolio.
• Experience in brand activation & new product launch via media communication.
• At least 5-7 year experience in FMCG and/or F&B is a plus
• Analytical skill
• Budget management
• Influencing & negotiation skill
• Discipline and drive result
