Take full ownership of team performance to ensure that:
• All KPIs are achievable.
• LMA objectives are achievable.
• IOPs are strictly followed.
• Procedures are properly documented in IOP in order to maintain optimal business processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in service delivery (cost / data quality / productivity / customer requirements) based on customer feedback /proactive analysis of operational efficiency /effectiveness.
• Preventive measures/ initiatives are in place to avoid mistakes re-occurrence.
• Processes evaluation/review is done in due course to further achieve process efficiency in the team.
• Assist management in coordination with new account migration/new account implementation (if any).
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
• Support to back up part jobs of DATA Manager in case of absence.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 3 - 5 relevant experience in Data, Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, Forwarder.
• Good understanding of operational processes.
• Excellent customer service skills/experiences.
• Result-oriented self-starter with initiative and strong drive.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• People management skills or leadership skills and/or experiences.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Analytical skill, experience in VBA, Macro will be a plus.
• Good command of both oral and written English
