* Key Responsibilities:
This person plays an important role in 3 key stages of the strategic development, execution and measurement of differentiated sales support marketing Programs in Vietnam.
Working closely with the Distributions function, and other related stakeholders, the candidate seeks to:
Customer promotion and event management:
1. Develop and manage plan and budget for customer promotion and event plan.
2. Research and Discover and define unmet consumer needs that represent high potential for differentiated marketing programs to develop an overall customer engagement plan/strategy at bank partner branches. This plan includes but not limited to strategic opportunities to promote sales, customer promotion campaigns, customer events, roadshows to drive sales.
3. Manage marketing gift stock including production, stock management and ensure the smooth coordination with Sales function gifts management.
4. Maintain excellent relationships with partners to promote ideas.
Marketing and Communication:
1. Develop an overall communication plan to engage sales force, including communication channels as such: marketing newsletter, Facebook groups, and other channels with joint venture partner.
2. Develop sales package and marketing procedure to ensure smooth coordination with related department and partner in a timely manner.
3. Work closely with bank partner for the implementation and communication of marketing programs in bank partner transaction points and communication channels
4. Develop comprehensive plan to ensure BIDV MetLife’s high brand awareness across bank partner’s sales points.
5. On special requirement, contribute to brand and new product launch campaigns at branches and to public.

* Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
• Marketing professional with experience designing, developing, launching and measuring consumer marketing solutions to achieve competitive advantage across the insurance industry in Vietnam.
• Curious, high-energy personality who inspires and enjoys working in the marketing discipline. Able to turn customer and product data into informed hypotheses and opportunities to delight customers with differentiated marketing programs.
• Good knowledge of insurance and financial services products, which aspects appeal to customers, and how profitability is derived.
• Be open minded and always hunger for new ideas; High-energy, can-do attitude
• Work under high pressure and tight timelines to effectively conduct massive nationwide customer programs
• Results-oriented, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
* Education and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing in banking, insurance, FMCG.
• University Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration
