Planning, conducting directly or through agency, monitoring and evaluating both traditional digital advertising campaigns.
Coordinating with the sales department to propose and implement a campaign.
Monitoring market trends, research customer’s behavior in order to adjust the plan
Managing the budget of the channels as planned.
Researching competitors & market
Contributing creative ideas, marketing plans.
Preparing, planning for openning, closing, new product launches, press conferences, sales programs
Analyzing and reporting on marketing effectiveness
Searching, working and negotiating with appropriate partners to ensure budget and quality for events
Manage and assign job for junior maketing staffs
Based on the above tasks, build a daily, weekly, detailed task table and weekly, monthly report
Deploying other tasks assigned from direct manager
Find new business development opportunities for company. Find new agent and distributors
Develop strategies to find external customer databases from partners to extend current customer base
Coordinate with all departments to ensure its effectiveness and maximizing outcome
Yêu cầu công việc
Male or female from 27 years old
At least 2 ~ 3 year experience in Marketing field
Effective communicator, confident and determined. Good at both English and Vietnamese
The capacity to cope with rejection. A high level of drive and self-motivation.
Have good relationship with super market and experience in opening new agencies.
