• Lead people by example.
• Focus on business development to ensure viability and sustainability of Vietnam terminal
• Provides sales direction within Vietnam sales team (profitability, volume).
• Responsible for the overall sales result.
• Is responsible for pricing steering and implementation.
• Is responsible for receivables management.
• Hire, develops and manages a high performance team through effective management of workload, resources and processes.
• Participates in end-use marketing while aligned with SEA organization and targets.
• Work together with product managers for new product launches according to market needs and company capability.
• Has profound personal customer relationship.
• Networks in the label stock industry and the allied industries
• Performs all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.

* Experience, knowledge and skills
• Preferably University degree from business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales and marketing management field.
• Good in English and Vietnamese languages in written and spoken. Chinese dialects and other Southeast Asian languages an asset.
