Location: Bangkok Thailand
- 1 headcount to lead and grow the business unit in Thailand.
- 1 headcount to lead and grow the business unit in Vietnam.
- Develop a profitable and continental growth of the portfolio comprising key market segments and customers.
- Create and maintain an intricate network of business partners, establishing strong business relationships and branding.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and prepare sales forecasts for weekly sales review and monthly reporting.
- Working with end users and consultants to develop any key projects / accounts assigned.
- Prepare a business plan with detailed execution on strategies
- Work with various organization functions (marketing, technical, logistic and customer service) to ensure efficient and effective support for the customer.
- Full accountability in growing MMS in Thailand / Vietnam
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 8 years of work experience acquired from similar industry or large system integrator.
- Proficient knowledge in cabling solutions associated in Structured Cabling, Building Management Systems (Access Controls), Security and Fire Safety etc ...
- Strong knowledge in management vendors, end users
- Experience in driving the brand through consultants’ distributor, partners training and events.
- Proven success in similar capacity.
- Good command of English
- Good understanding of structured cabling solution
- Data center certification (CDCP) will be an advantage.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Independent and self-starter
- Presentation skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office
