1. Responsible for the growth of new imported brands.
2. Be responsible for managing and leading the sales team.
3. Build up and maintain strong relationships with key persons.
4. Manage all sales activities, make and implement sales action plans.
5. Be responsible for sales targets to achieve profitability goals.
6. Develop advertising, PR, direct marketing, media or Below-the-line programs for exciting multinational & international brands.
7. Acquire new customers within the target market definition and manage customer relationship to achieve profitability goals.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. College/University graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other relevant fields
2. 5+ years of experience in Sales in various industry including FMCG, Health & Beauty, Fashion, Electronics, and General Merchandise.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills required in both English and Vietnamese.
4. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Good communication skill, negotiation and presentation skills
6. Excellent organizational and planning skills
7. Adaptability to change
8. Ability to work under pressure to achieve the target
