Main role: Sales Manager duties (Report to Country head)
o Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
o Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
o Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
o Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
o Working on account management plans with the business development director
o Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
o Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
o Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
o All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
o Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
o Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences.
o Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
Yêu cầu công việc
o Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry (prefer banking/insurance experience).
o Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
o Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
o Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
o Team-spirit in working with others and a service attitude;
o Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Strong abilities in organizational,
problem-solving, analytical & Sales skills;
o Results and people-oriented & people psychology. Customer-focused;
o High energy level
o Excellent communication, presentation & strong interpersonal skills;
o Excellent command of written & spoken English and Vietnamese;
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point.
o University Degree;
o Aged 28 to 35 with minimum of 3 years experience Sales management;
