Sell and promote luxury kitchen cabinetry products through distributors to builders, plumbers, contractors, architects and other specific users to meet sales targets.
Provide training and guidance to the sales teams of distributors to follow companys business directions and deliver results.
Review the activities of distributor sales, provide training and assist in resolving specific selling or technical issues.
Establish and keep contact with design architects and developers, contractors, and engineers to create their interests in and to inform the advantages of the products.
Handle and follow through the whole sales project process, including smooth and on-time delivery of projects/products among distributors, completion of signed contracts, and serving complaints regarding product quality, installation or performance etc.
Analyze and evaluate sales trends, business potentials and competitions, and distributors’ performance to make recommendations on sales programs and distributorships.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, review and discuss sales quotas with Business Development Manager.
Prepare various correspondence, reports and forms relabeled to daily activities, expenses, claims, etc.
Report to Country Manager, Vietnam.
Yêu cầu công việc
College graduated or above with business development knowledge and marketing/sales concepts.
Knowledgeable in interior design, or product engineering design.
3 years+ sales experience in dealing with distributors, developers, contractors, design architects and engineers.
Good spoken and written English language.
Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
Frequent travelling within the country.
(Basic salary+ Sales commission)
