This is a pioneer role with a new subsidiary of a progressive and proven specialty chemical, multi national company. Reporting to the Area Manager you will have an exciting opportunity to learn the business and play a part in building the future. You will have the resources for training and coaching to develop your talent and creativity.
• Working closely with Area Manager to formulate and execute business plans.
• Develop core understanding of the product categories and applications for customers.
• Able to identify customers’ problems and needs with regular visits. Perform full sales function including pre-sales and after sales activities.
• Provide technical product application support for customers and distributors.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to customers’ problem.
• Prepare sales quotations, presentations and trial proposal.
• Approach to customer enquiries through phone & email correspondence.
• Expand the business activities in Vietnam region.
• Identify and investigate qualified leads and corresponding contact information. Focus will be on Vietnamese market
• Prospect and engage qualified leads by making business calls daily to book appointments and drive sales presentations
• Achieve pre-agreed sales targets to achieve business goals
• Attend to training sessions in Indonesia, conducted by leaders and technical colleagues

• University Graduates with vocational training or 1 to 2 years of general business or sales experience
• Fresh Graduates May Apply. No experience is welcome to apply for full training is provided (Full overseas 3 weeks training)
• Passion for Sales enjoys meeting and helping people
• Willing to be relocated anywhere throughout Vietnam
Additional Info :
• Willing to be stationed anywhere in Vietnam. Possible areas: Ho Chi Minh City, Central Vietnam and Hanoi.
