The positions prefer candidates who have experience in FMCG:Coffee, Tea, drinking water, meat, sea food business experience
1. Sales position
-Develop a business plan
-Develop a policy of selling prices for project products;
-Work with customers to making plan orders, delivery plans and monitor the implementation of orders, solve problems arising in the delivery process. - receive purchase order;
-Make a marketing plan of company products such as vegetable, meat, water, hand-craft etc.;
-Examining, analyzing and responding to complaints and grievances of the supply and consumption parties, and finding solutions to the satisfaction of the parties;
-Monitoring, updating business data periodically reported to the management level periodically or when requested;
-Work with design partners to develop a brand identity for the companys products.
-Directly in charge of activities related to advertising, marketing for products.
Others detail job:
- To update and provide the prices/ quotation to customer.
- To prepare Order Confirmation, Contract, related documents for good delivery.
- To monitor payment from customer.
- To take care Customer system & demand from Customer
- To control inventories, plan to order goods with Purchasing team
- Prepare marketing plan for new product
-Meet with agricultural produce farmers and negotiate products purchase prices
-Write contracts and enter into contracts with farmers after consultations and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
-Keeps track of production quantity , make sure minimize inventories amount
-Build and maintain good relationship with buyers.
- Develop and make Product map and supplier list
- Deliver received feedback from buyers to farmers
- Mange delivery process and make sure shipment on time as Sales department require
Yêu cầu công việc
University degree or higher in trade, economics, agriculture, import-export management, economics.
Knowledge of agribusiness, customer management, supplier management
At least 3 years working experience in agricultural product trading and agricultural product production.
Prefer candidates between 27 and 45 years old
Ability to work independently and in team work, willing to support colleagues in the work;
Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills;
Advanced English is preferred (listening, speaking, reading, writing);
Proficient in computer (excel), internet.
Be careful, manage work well and have a high sense of responsibility;
