Be accountable for sales profitable achievement; manage Sales & CS team, and also successful centers operation management.
Overall responsibility for sales, profit, expenses... ;
- Develop effective sales strategies; implement activities to achieve the revenue and cost indicators for centers business performance monthly and yearly.
Manage all aspects of running field team operation to align with company standard
- Oversee the implementation of standards in all centers in responsibility;
- Review operational standards and monitor the quality of customer service, ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of complaints (if any).
Manage, inspire and develop the sales & customer services teams
- Manage teams adherence to the brand dress grooming standards
- Lead inspire the team to deliver process efficiencies; Set goals, support personal development plans opportunities linked to performance;
- Manage the operational training of store processing
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3 years experiences in Sales/Operation roles, preferably in Education fields.
• Strong experience in designing and managing processes and business planning experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal English skills
• Good communication, presentation & influencing skills.
• Good analysis skill and data management skill.
• Able to work under high pressure with a multi-tasking environment.
• Good leadership and team management.

- Working-place: Garden Court 1, Phu My Hung, District 7, HCM City
- Working-time: around 8h30 - 17h30 (quite flexible); Monday to Friday
