Record and prepare sale revenue report, profit forecast for new contract
Monitor, aggregate sales and periodic reports
Control sale order and post to ERP system
Do internal report from data base in ERP system
Co-ordinate with accounting team (account receivables and inventory accountant) for tracking status of contract, good delivery and payment. Handle issue related with customers
Follow voucher sales, customer debt, co-ordinate with sale person to chasing overdue payment
Support sales activities, reporting and follow direction from Trader
Making the office administrative work involved at sale part
Control and update contract list and customer list; filing documents
Perform other tasks of Sale Team assigned by Trade Manager from time to time
Willing to travel if the company asks.
Detail will be discussed further in the interview.
- Working time: 8h/ days, 5 days/ week
- Incentive: performance bonus
- Annual Bonus: 1-10 months salary depend on performance

- Meet and work with the largest corporations in the world and Vietnam.
Working place: Floor 6th, Mapletree Business Centre, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, HCMC

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelors degree in Business, Economic, Accounting; Business. High GPA is prefer
- Fair command of English (Oral and Written)
- Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Accounting System)
- Minimum 1+ year of working experience is an advantage;
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive and clearly oriented.
- Strong analytical mind and organizational skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports;
- Proactive, adaptable and flexible;
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadline;
- A candidate who can work at the earliest is preferred
- Age: 20 – 30
