Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for training/ coaching Sales MT & Sales B2B & Shopper in sales circle in order to improve their performances & their capabilities.
- In charge to manage training program
- In charge for assessment & analysis sales forces capabilities
- Responsible for request, develop & arrange suitable course to improve capabilities for sales forces
- Responsible for designing & develop training programs for sales department
- In charge to do training course & implement training programs of training department as per assignment.
- Responsible for result of coaching assessment, coaching report and evaluation training course effectiveness.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience as sales trainer in FMCG or Retails with sales supervisor level up or experience in Area Sales Manager/ sales Supervisor
- Excellent at training & coaching skill
- Good understanding at system, process in key account channel is prefferred
