Reports to: Head of Sales North
Based at: Ha Noi, Vietnam.
To ensure the management of Sales Team & Activities in accordance with agreed Vietnam Business plans within the assigned Territory (Ha Noi and Surround North from Ha Tinh).
To reach sales and performance target as defined by the management.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
o Hire, train and manage a team of highly skilled Medical Representative. Develop Skills of Medical Reps further to be excellent in Group Presentations, Round Table Discussions, Call Detailing & Territory Management
o Develop and implement an effective sales targets, incentive scheme, sales forecasts, sales programs, with a clear vision on sales and practical actions on short, average and long-term. Ensure that the sales program is aligned with the organization’s vision, mission and business culture.
o Plan, organize, lead and control the implementation of sales activities, sales projects, and other marketing programs regionally.
o Verify and approve reports, purchase requests, sales expenses suggested and submitted by staffs. Ensure that all sales expenses are controlled and monitored against budget allocations and comply with Company’s policies, regulations and local applicable laws.
o Participate in the annual budget preparation.
o Participate to potential marketing studies (qualitative, quantitative, internal, external…).
o Motivate and develop its team to create additional motivation & recognition outside of bonuses and incentives to achieve the individual and team sales targets.
o Create and maintain a healthy environment inside the sales team.
o Ensure the smooth, healthy internal relationship between Key Account Manager, Marketing and SFE & other departments to achieve the general goal of the company.
Business development and Strategic perspective:
o Vertical and horizontal development within the hospitals and the assigned region.
o Look for new opportunities/clients (potential hospitals or users).
Any other task or duties assigned by management.
o Support Key Account Manager in tenders to place with high quantities each year with clear and feasible plan for activation.
o Creating and maintaining a good relationship with key opinion leaders/doctors, Chief of pharmacists, Board of Directors, Service of Health, reimbursement agencies, medical associations...
o Cooperate with Key Account Manager to handle all the tender issue, contact with needed person (inside and outside company) to solve the problem.
Yêu cầu công việc
o Personal profile: Regional Sales Manager
o Personality: result-oriented with a positive outlook, high responsibility, dynamic, detail attention, mature, high commitment, leadership, autonomy, good communication skills, team work, able to manage close relationship with key accounts & key opinions leaders.
o Computer skills: Advanced in MS office.
o Language skills: Fluent in Vietnamese, fluent in English
- Frequent Domestic Business trips & Overseas from time to time.
- Degree in Pharmacy/Medicine.
- Significant experience (3-5 years) as Regional Sales Manager.
- Experience and knowledge in the hospital tenders & pharmaceutical business of Vietnam.
