Our client is a top global manufacturing company. At this position, you will be in charge of recruitment activities:
- Manage company’s recruitment process.
- Develop and diversify different kinds of recruitment channels.
- Recruit high levels, fully in charge of Talent Acquisition cycle.
- Market mapping and create candidates’ quality database.
- Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process
- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree, preferably in Human Resource/ Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, hands on experience in recruiting operator is a plus.
- Expertise in various recruitment channels, social networks for recruitment
- Good communication in English
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent negotiation skill.
- Good knowledge of the full recruitment process
- Good problem-solving skill, communication skill
- Good Leadership skill, teamwork and method management
