1. Welcoming guests and new staff
2. Manage and supervise receptionist area including:
• Check voicemail; manage incoming calls; screen callers, then inform related function/personnel
• Manage meeting rooms, coordinate with IT team to set up conference call/ video call as requested. Informing Tea lady to support teabreak for meetings.
• Receive letters, documents and input to PMS system for tracking, and ensure in time delivery
• Order fresh flowers and fruits as request. Summarize and check the billing statement from vendors before transferring to person in charge for payment
3. Managing access card system
4. Other assigned task by Admin Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
1. A college degree.
2. Relevant experience is an advantage.
3. Strong communication, team work ability and work independently.
4. Good English communications and skills, computer skills and competencies.
