1. Assist HR & Admin Manager to update and monitor all issues related to Administration work. Help to control expenditure cost for business, office activities.
2. Handling administrative work in the office and follow all company instructions.
3. Answering the telephone and providing switchboard cover
4. Monitoring stationery supplies and reordering when necessary
5. Keeping office and working areas are clean, well lighted, and relatively quiet.
6. Cooperating with IT to maintain office equipment, such as printers, computers and photocopiers
7. Greeting clients face to face and making them feel comfortable.
8. Supporting clients when they come to work with company engineers as required.
9. Update correctly and timely the clients requirements.
10. Listen carefully clients complaints & contact all involved party to find the way to solve problem.
11. Support head department in making a list of training staff, company induction.
12. Providing organizational and administrative support to engineering team.
13. Organizing and managing all aspects of filing and information retrieval related to business and client management needs.
14. Performing all tasks related to the processing of incoming and outgoing mail and dispatch.
15. Answering telephone and in person inquiries - serving as receptionist
16. Support the HR and Admin Manager on activities beyond the scope of this Job Description, as required

No requirement on degree as long as you have good skills.
01 year experience is preferred.
