1. Answer telephone calls and take messages.
2. Receive clients and visitors, providing excellent service for clients.
3. Make appointments/meetings for attorney(s).
4. Perform typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and other light office work as time permits.
5. Supervise and monitor secretarial workflow to ensure timely completion.
6. Keep records of all administrative documentation.
7. Communicate concerns/problems about equipment and/or related services and resolve problems in a timely manner.
8. Data entry.
Yêu cầu công việc
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Female, less than 30 years old is preferable.
2. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3. Fluency in English is a must.
4. 3 years’ experience as a secretary or in administrative tasks.
5. Prior experience at a law firm is preferred.
6. Ability to work with deadlines and in a team environment.
7. Good computer and Internet skills, especially in Microsoft Office (including Outlook), and ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies.
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong devotion to service.
9. Recent photo is required.
