• Responsible for the overall real estate and property business development projects for the company / or new assignment.
• Manage all real estate and property projects and drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate new product development ideas.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople and manage sales team.
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
• Represent the company in a sincere and genuine manner in all transactions.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Male/Female age between 32-45 years
• Education: Degree in Engineering
• Must have background experiences in real estate & property projects.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong planning – organizing - coordinating skills, reliability, the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and priorities tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, energetic, service minded and positive attitude.
• Experience in working with senior management
• Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
