Mô tả công việc
+ Do the innovation research and trial in meat processing to develop the optimum formulation & technological process from sensory, preservation, financial point of view and the amplification of the meat products of the division
+ Determine the key technical product/concept insight from CI (Consumer Insight) and transfer it successfully to the formulation. Prepare samples of new products and supporting CMK to run the tests with consumers.
+ Cooperates with packaging team to ensure the safe and strong interaction b/w product & packaging, as well as the shelflife determined by packaging materials/designs
+ Communicate Process Implementation to the correspondent areas of operation and train the staff accordingly
+ Build and maintain the Document control system of R&D (arrange and store specifications, proclamation of finished product / raw material / additive, testing results, legislation and standard documents)
+ Other tasks assigned by R&D (Sr.) Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor degree in food technology, food science.
- Experience: At least 2 years in food processing.
- Preferred candidates have been worked at Đức Việt, Dabaco...
- Functional Skills: Good in computer skills: word, excel.
- Competencies & Other requirement
+ Can work under high pressure.
+ Able to demonstrate clear analytical approach to problem solving using the appropriate tools.
+ Good team working abilities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with changing priorities, and work under limited supervision.
+ Must be able to communicate issues effectively to technical and non-technical personnel. (Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
+ English: IELTS 5.0 + or equivalent qualification
