Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the field sales force by bringing specific product and application knowledge in order to help understand customer design, configurate & put Schneider products in the customer specifications, convert an existing specification and close a deal
Expected Deliveries:
Sales growth in assigned channels
Number of conversions, Prescription Pipelines + Order Hit Rate
Customer satisfaction (evaluated through Customer Net Promoter Survey)
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Motivate, develop and support Sales / Partners to meet its order objectives
• Act as the technical interface between sales and sales support, LoB and customers in line with the regional business strategy
• Assist sales with a higher level of expertise in front of selected customers
• Provide customers and sales people application support and technical advice during pre-sales and after sales discussions Ensure the availability and update of documents and tools for the countries
• Prepare training course and give professional presentations or demos to customers and sales people to ensure a broad product knowledge coverage and to promote the expertise of Schneider
• Animate the sales people by leverage technical knowledge and ability to reach target
2. Project execution
Transfer project details to support team and ensure smooth transition for project execution. To lead project kick off meeting and facilitate project manager during project handover for execution. Support execution team when necessary
Education: University degrees in engineering (electrical / automation). Higher relevant degrees an advantage.
Working Experience:
Experiences in Electrical Industry
Deep technical understanding around products and applications specially on LV switchboards panels.
Marketing & Commercial basic experience in working with customers, sales and sales
Knowledge and exposure to LV Licensed Panel solutions
Business Understanding:
More than 5 years’ experience in Technical Sales or Sales Support, Service, Commissioning or Engineering
Experience of regional requirements, cultures and business practices
Good knowledge in Schneiders products an advantage
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
• Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
