- Managing the development and implementation of companywide internal performance management systems (SAP SF) with daily supports and guidance to individuals and team, trainings and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised.
- Yearly PMS deployment (with guidance, systems, workshops) done (% application and completion).
- Monitoring continuous performance improvement plans to individuals, teams as and when necessary through systematic identification system and reporting on the development areas on a periodic basis.
- System, process, templates settled and instant feedback / guidance provided and % application
- Supporting to define the competencies and skills required for each role in the organization along with individual performance mapping, thereby building a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework.
- People assessments done and individual development plan created (% completion)
Participating in continuous processes designed to develop knowledge, skills and capabilities of individuals, teams and organization to deliver organizational strategy, plans and objectives.
- Competencies framework designed & updated for targeted jobs/positions/job family/ companies (% completion)
- Supporting the implementation of Talent Reviews, Succession plans, growth strategies and IDP for employees.
- Program/ surveys/ initiatives run out (project count.
- Analyze and maintain Talent analytical reports and performance-related dashboards for HR management decision making.
- Reports / dashboard with analytical contents required done on time (% on time reports, satisfaction feedbacks count)
- Coordinate with other HR functions when implementing HR projects/initiatives of both group-while and company-while sizes.
- Tasks done as assigned project by project (task count, satisfaction feedbacks count)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Basic HR technical knowledge applying in different business context.
- minimum 3-5 years of experience on handling core HR activities with experience managing Performance Management (BSC), Talent Management of a medium to large corporation
Competencies required for the job
- Very good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English is mandatory.
- Training workshops arranger
- Internal presenter/trainer
- Master of standard office tools/app (workbook, slides, reportings, questionnaires, etc)
- Those who have working knowledge on Success factor, SAP or any other ERP solution will have preference.
